Life Builders
Purpose & Vision
The Life Builders class at Life Church Waynesville, North Carolina, will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. We begin our fellowship by sharing a meal, so we encourage you to bring a snack! Then, we will dive into God’s Word as a group study.
The purpose of our Life Builders class is for adults to study God’s Word (the Bible) together. In this way, “sword sharpens sword” in a non-threatening atmosphere, where everyone has an opportunity to participate and/or ask questions.
Currently, we are studying the New Covenant in chronological order to better understand the times, places, people, and events of the early church. We take this information and apply it to our lives today.
A key part of our Life Builders class is fellowship. Getting to know the people who attend our congregation so we can “do life together” happens best in small groups. With this in mind, in addition to our Bible study, we get together quarterly after the Sunday morning service, on the third Sunday of the month during January, April, July, and October. These seasonal socials typically include a meal, fellowship, and sometimes an activity or outing. Life is better when we do it together with friends!
